I recently had my furnace and AC replaced by Aire Serv, and while the process had a few bumps at the start, the way the team handled everything in the end truly earned my business. From the first phone call, Erin at the office was absolutely outstanding. She listened carefully, never rushed me, and made me feel genuinely heard — something that’s rare these days. Her calm professionalism was great on a stressful day. When questions about pricing came up, Manager Ben stepped in and was great to work with. He was patient, factual, and focused on finding a fair solution. His approach is ultimately the reason I chose to stay with Aire Serv. The installation team; Jack, Josh, and Lucas, did excellent work. They were friendly, knowledgeable, respectful in my home, and fun to talk with. I appreciated the diversity and professionalism they brought to the job, and the system looks and runs great. Shanda was a pleasure to work with, she was thorough and a delight to talk to. Grateful for her attention to detail and clear communication. My only advice to future customers is to shop around and compare quotes, it can really help your bottom line. And I will say this: Aire Serv showed they are willing to stand behind their service and make things right, and that matters a lot to me. Sam was our onsite tech that came out for an inspection on the furnace. He was very knowledgeable with all of the ins and outs of the furnace. He showed me a few issues that had been found with our furnace. Given our furnace is only about 2 years old he was still able to find things that had not been set up correctly and was able to fix quick. We ended up adding a UV device to our furnace for cleaner air. Sam was awesome in explaining how it works and every possible option to help air quality. Sam was also able to clean our fan wheel quickly. Thank you, Sam.

Financing options are available through Synchrony financing, a third-party lender. Aire Serv of Sioux Empire is not the lender and does not make credit decisions. Financing approval, rates, terms and payment schedules are determined by Synchrony financing and your credit profile. Financing is subject to credit approval. Not all applicants qualify. Terms vary based on creditworthiness. Restrictions may apply.
DONE RIGHT PROMISE
We stand by the promise to do the job right. Our independently owned franchise owners will perform services in a professional, workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards. If you believe the job was not done right, contact your local franchise owner within 1 year and they will re-perform the services at no additional cost to you. In the event you are still not satisfied, our liability is limited as set forth below.
DISCLAIMER OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES
Because we are a services company and do not manufacture products, we only warrant their services with the “Done Right Promise.” Except as otherwise provided or where prohibited by law, we provide no further warranty as to the services and all third-party manufactured materials or goods provided or installed in connection with the services are provided without warranties by us of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our independently owned franchise owners make no representations and expressly disclaim the above warranties including any as to the reliability, quality, or performance of any third-party manufactured materials or goods or installed in connection with our services.
EXCLUSIONS
The “Done Right Promise” is subject to the following exclusions: (i) services that you request be re-performed that were not originally agreed to be performed for you; (ii) losses or inability to perform arising out of acts of nature or other force majeure event; (iii) losses or inability to perform arising from the acts or omissions of you or a third party; (vi) losses or inability to perform arising from a manufacturer’s or a product’s defects; (v) losses or inability to perform due to unforeseeable or latent defects in the premises or property; and/or (vi) services that you request be re-performed but for which you have not previously paid in full.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED SO WE CAN PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AT A REASONABLE PRICE. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED OR WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY SHALL WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR CLAIM ARISING FROM INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, PRODUCT DEFECT OR FAILURE, ACTS OR OMISSIONS BY YOU OR A THIRD PARTY, LOSS OF USE, PROFITS, OR OPPORTUNITY, AND/OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS HAD NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS, CLAIM, OR DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE ABOVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, IT MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
