I cannot say enough good things about Aire Serv of Killeen. Their technicians were professional, knowledgeable, honest, and thorough. They inspected my air conditioning system, clearly explained their findings, added less than one pound of refrigerant, and recommended proper leak testing rather than pushing an expensive repair. When you are facing an expensive repair, it is not easy to remain calm and stoic; I was the absolute opposite. Jennifer, Aire Serv's manager, never deviated from being calm and professional, even after I asked the same question 16 times. What impressed me most was their honesty. They did not pressure me into unnecessary services or try to scare me into replacing major components without sufficient evidence. Carlos and Jack, their technicians, took the time to explain the condition of my system, including the filter drier and condenser coils, so I could make an informed decision. After dealing with conflicting diagnoses and expensive recommendations from another company, I truly appreciated Aire Serv’s professionalism and straightforward approach. I honestly don’t understand how other companies can't be honest. They treated me like a customer, not an opportunity for a quick sale. The owner, Chris, is as straightforward and honest as can be. We are truly living in an expensive era, and so are businesses, yet he never once tried to BS me. Call Aire Serv if you want real HVAC technicians who know what they are doing, communicate honestly, and may save you from spending thousands of dollars unnecessarily. I highly recommend them and will absolutely call them again for future heating and air-conditioning needs.

It’s probably true that Aire’s has many professional and courteous technicians, but I’m telling you if they let you select one, then select Chase. He’s Quick, courteous and definitely knows his trade. Not only did he break down the needed repair, but he also took the time and checked the system. Then he provided a reasonable quote, which was totally satisfactory to me. In fact, I thought he had missed a digital. Of the 5 companies I dealt with regarding my issues. Chase and Aire’s provided the solution that I was looking for and not a recommendation from other companies of a $10k new unit, which is too high. Aire’s rocks!!!

I had 2 technicians on different days come for different jobs that needed to be accomplished. The first day Chase and his coworker (I can’t remember his name) came and they both were so respectful and detailed on what needed to be done. The second day I had Jack come to my home. He was here a few hours working in the heat, but through it all he maintained professional. He explained everything so well to me and I was very satisfied with his work. All 3 of the technicians worked hard in this heat and fixed my AC issue.

If you believe the job was not done right, contact your local franchise owner within 1 year and they will re-perform the services at no additional cost to you. In the event you are still not satisfied, our liability is limited as set forth below.

Because we are a services company and do not manufacture products, we only warrant their services with the “Done Right Promise.” Except as otherwise provided or where prohibited by law, we provide no further warranty as to the services and all third-party manufactured materials or goods provided or installed in connection with the services are provided without warranties by us of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.

The “Done Right Promise” is subject to the following exclusions: (i) services that you request be re-performed that were not originally agreed to be performed for you; (ii) losses or inability to perform arising out of acts of nature or other force majeure event; (iii) losses or inability to perform arising from the acts or omissions of you or a third party; (vi) losses or inability to perform arising from a manufacturer’s or a product’s defects; (v) losses or inability to perform due to unforeseeable or latent defects in the premises or property; and/or (vi) services that you request be re-performed but for which you have not previously paid in full.

OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED SO WE CAN PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AT A REASONABLE PRICE.
