Cynthia has over 20 years of experience working in media. Her professional experience includes overseeing global sales and marketing research. She is a motivated, detail-driven problem solver with a passion for data-mining and using research findings to drive business decision-making and revenue growth. Cynthia has received several awards for leadership innovation, achieving business-critical goals, and diversity and inclusion workplace solutions. Cynthia earned a MA in Organizational Leadership from the University of the Rockies. She has been teaching at FRCC since 2021. She is eager to bring her skill set to help grow Aire Serv of the Front Range in providing the best HVAC services to both residential and commercial customers.

Benjamin is a dedicated HVAC professional with over 17 years of hands-on experience in the industry. Since joining the Aire Serv team in 2021, he has been committed to delivering dependable, high-quality service to every customer he serves. He earned his associate degree from ATI Technical Institute in Miami, Florida, and holds an EPA 608 Certification, equipping him with the knowledge and credentials to expertly maintain and enhance home heating and cooling systems. Benji is married, a proud father of three, and resides in Frederick, Colorado. As a Neighborly Aire Serv Service Professional, he is focused on providing quick, reliable service you can trust. He lives by the R.I.C.H. Code of Values, Respect, Integrity, Customer Focus, and Having Fun in the Process, ensuring your home comfort is always in good hands.

Joel Zamora has worked as a customer service representative and sales specialist in the HVAC field for the past couple of years. He excels at consulting with customers and ensuring their heating and cooling needs are met.
